Take a pan on a stove and add Butter (1/2 cup), Dried Thyme (as needed), Onion Powder (1 tsp), Paprika (as needed), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Fresh Oregano (as needed), juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (1 tsp) melt it for 2 minutes.

Take a skewer and put for about 4 to 5 Shrimp (1 lb) on it. Continue with the rest. Take the sauce and brush the skewers for both sides. Preheat the griddle (or grill) on medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Then, remove to a plate and brush more remaining sauce.
