Take a pan on a stove and add Butter (1/2 cup), Dried Thyme (1/2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Fresh Oregano (1/4 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon), Garlic (1 teaspoon) melt it for 2 minutes.
Take a skewer and put for about 4 to 5 Shrimp (1 pound) on it. Continue with the rest. Take the sauce and brush the skewers for both sides. Preheat the griddle (or grill) on medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Then, remove to a plate and brush more remaining sauce.
