Step 1
Take a pan on a stove and add Butter (1/2 cup) , Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp) , Onion Powder (1 tsp) , Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Fresh Oregano (1/4 tsp) , juice from Lemon (1) , Garlic (1 tsp) melt it for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Take a skewer and put for about 4 to 5 Shrimp (1 lb) on it. Continue with the rest. Take the sauce and brush the skewers for both sides. Preheat the griddle (or grill) on medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Then, remove to a plate and brush more remaining sauce.
