To the Water (1 1/4 cup), add the Butter (3 tablespoon), Vegetable Shortening (3 tablespoon), Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon), and Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon). Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix together the All-Purpose Flour (4 cup), Granulated Sugar (9 teaspoon), Salt (2 teaspoon), Milk Powder (1/3 cup).
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the dry and wet ingredients. Knead the dough until nice and smooth. Grease a bowl and add the ball of dough. Spray the top of the ball as well. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours
Take the dough and form it into a loaf. Place in a pan - I used a 9x5 inch loaf pan - and cover with a kitchen towel. Let sit for another 30 minutes in a warm place.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Bake for 40 minutes or until nice and golden.
