To make the optional garnish, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush a Lemon Round (1) with Olive Oil (to taste), then place it into the pan. Press it down until grill marks form, then flip. Set aside.

Pour the Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) into a plate or tray. Rub the rim of a martini glass with lemon and then rim the glass with sugar.

In a shaker, add the London Dry Gin (1 fl oz), the juice from Simple Syrup (1 fl oz) and Ice (to taste). Top with Lemon (1).

Replace the lid and shake to chill, 20-30 seconds.

Strain off the drink into the rimmed martini glass. Top with MARTINI Prosecco (1.5 fl oz).

Garnish with the grilled lemon slice and serve.
