Cooking Instructions
1.
Put Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 1/4 cups) into a bowl. Add Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp), Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1 cup), Salt (1/4 tsp) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Use a mixer to combine them.
2.
Add Milk Chocolate (4 Tbsp) and Dark Chocolate (4 Tbsp) and mix them in with a spatula. Take two tablespoonfuls of the mix and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
3.
With each ball: Use a spoon and a toothpick to cover it with White Chocolate (2 2/3 cups). When you covered a ball, tap the toothpick lightly on the side of your chocolate bowl to remove the excess chocolate.
4.
Coat the balls with Granola (2 cups). Serve!
