Step 1
Put
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 1/4 cups)
into a bowl. Add
Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
,
Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1 cup)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
. Use a mixer to combine them.
Step 2
Add
Milk Chocolate (1/4 cup)
and
Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup)
and mix them in with a spatula. Take two tablespoonfuls of the mix and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
Step 3
With each ball: Use a spoon and a toothpick to cover it with
White Chocolate (2 2/3 cups)
. When you covered a ball, tap the toothpick lightly on the side of your chocolate bowl to remove the excess chocolate.
Step 4
Coat the balls with
Granola (2 cups)
. Serve!
