Put Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 1/4 cup) into a bowl. Add Unsalted Butter (4 tablespoon), Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1 cup), Salt (1/4 teaspoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Use a mixer to combine them.
Add Milk Chocolate (1/4 cup) and Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup) and mix them in with a spatula. Take two tablespoonfuls of the mix and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
With each ball: Use a spoon and a toothpick to cover it with White Chocolate (16 ounce). When you covered a ball, tap the toothpick lightly on the side of your chocolate bowl to remove the excess chocolate. Coat the balls with Granola (2 cup).
