Remove tops from
Fresh Strawberries (1 carton)
and slice vertically. Slice
Vanilla Bean Pods (2)
Pour them into an appropriately sized infusion jar with
Silver Tequila (1 bottle)
. Let set 7-10 days in a cool, dark place, stirring occasionally. Strain infused tequila through a cheesecloth into a clean bottle or jar and label for future use.
Combine 2.5 fl oz of the infused tequila and
Chila® ‘Orchata (2.5 fl oz)
in a mixing tin with
Ice (as needed)
. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a 5.5 oz coup glass, shell-rimmed with
Magic Shell® Topping (to taste)
Garnish with a slice of
Fresh Strawberry (1)
Peruvian Dark Chocolate (to taste)
over the cocktail and serve.
