Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add
Elbow Macaroni (4 1/2 cups)

Cream Cheese (1 cup)
and
Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup)
. Mix well.
Step 3
Add
2% Reduced Fat Milk (3/4 cup)
and mix to combine.
Step 4
Add
Sour Cream (1 cup)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Salt (3/4 tsp)
. Mix to combine.
Step 5
Add
Cheese (4 cups)
. Stir until well-combined.
Step 6
Add
Eggs (3)
. Mix well.
Step 7
Transfer mixture into a greased 10-inch cast iron skillet.
Step 8
Sprinkle remaining
Cheese (1 cup)
over top.
Step 9
Place skillet on a sheet pan in case cheese bubbles over. Cover skillet with greased sheet of aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 10
Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Step 11
Let dish sit for 20 minutes to cool.
