Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grease a baking dish with Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp).

Evenly spread the Apples (4) in the baking dish.

Crush the Biscuit Mix (1 1/2 cups). I placed them in a large ziploc bag (see photo) and then crushed them with a glass measuring cup.

In a large bowl, combine the crushed Owlies, Almond Meal (1/2 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) and Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp)

Sprinkle the topping over top of the apples. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the apples are soft. Just stick a fork into the apples to test it.
