Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Evenly spread the Apples (4) in the baking dish.
Step 4
Crush the Love Child Organics® Owlies (1 1/2 cups) I placed them in a large ziploc bag (see photo) and then crushed them with a glass measuring cup.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Owlies, Almond Meal (1/2 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) and Coconut Oil (1/4 cup)
Step 6
Sprinkle the topping over top of the apples. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the apples are soft. Just stick a fork into the apples to test it.
Step 7
Enjoy!
