Cooking Instructions

Mix 2 cups of All-Purpose Flour (3 cups) with Salt (1 tsp). Whisk together. Add Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) and Instant Dry Yeast (2 Tbsp). Mix them together.

Add Water (1 cup). Beat Egg (1) and add it with Olive Oil (1/3 cup). Mix until combined.

Slowly add some more All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), 1/3 cup at a time until it begins to lose its stickiness. Once the dough becomes too difficult to stir, switch to kneading with your hands. You might not need all the flour.

Sprinkle some flour on your countertop and dump the dough on the surface. Knead the dough until it is smooth, about 10 minutes. You will need some more flour to prevent sticking.

Transfer to a clean bowl and let rest for 15 minutes.

Cut it into even-sized pieces, around 18-24 depending on your preference. Knead the small pieces a bit.

Fill a round pan with the doughs so that they around half an inch apart. Let them sit for about ten minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Beat Egg (1) with Honey (1 Tbsp). Add Water (1 tsp) and beat some more. Brush the top of the rolls with the egg mixture, then sprinkle the top with Kosher Salt (to taste). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
10.
Let the rolls cool slightly. In a separate bowl, mix Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) with Honey (1 Tbsp) and brush it over the top. Let them cool a bit more, then serve!
