Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Place Watermelon (1 pound), juice and zest of the Lime (1), and Honey (1/4 cup) in a blender and blend until liquid.
Step 2
Add the Fresh Basil Leaf (4) and blend until they are in small but visible pieces.
Step 3
Pour mixture into Dixie cups, and place on a baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and cut holes on top to insert the popsicle sticks so that they stand up straight.
Step 4
Place in the freezer for about two hours or until frozen. When ready to eat, dip each Dixie cup into warm water for a few seconds before tearing off of the cup to reveal the popsicle.
