Waffle Mix
I used Krusteaz
1/4 cup
Coconut Milk
1
Egg Replacer
I used Follow Your Heart or you can use apple sauce or any vegan egg substitute
to taste
Food Coloring
colors of your choice
3
Jelly Beans
to taste
Fruit Leather
cut into 6 thin strips
2 Tbsp
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
to taste

Directions

Step 1
Follow the waffle directions on Waffle Mix (1 box) to make three Belgian waffles - sub out egg for Egg Replacer (1) and instead of water, use Coconut Milk (1/4 cup) milk - mix all ingredients required for your box mix.
Step 2
Using three bowls, divide the waffle mix evenly into each bowl and dye each bowl your preferred Food Coloring (to taste) . Cook waffles.
Step 3
Design waffles like the picture using Jelly Beans (3) , Chocolate Chips (6) , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (2 Tbsp) , Chocolate (to taste) , and Fruit Leather (to taste) . You will have a remaining colored waffle.
