Step 1
Peel the
Onion (1/4)
. Chop the onion.
Step 2
Chop the
Sausage (1)

Step 3
Crack the
Eggs (3)
into a bowl. Add
Salt (to taste)
and beat the eggs until well mixed.

Add
Oil (as needed)
to the pan over medium heat. When hot, add the chopped onion and sausage.
Step 5
Add the beaten eggs. Continue to stir them over low heat to prevent overcooking.
Step 6
The eggs are finished when you see them look like this. Serve with toast, coffee, potato or whatever you want.
