Peel the Onion (1/4). Chop the onion.
Chop the Sausage (1).
Crack the Egg (3) into a bowl. Add Salt (to taste) and beat the eggs until well mixed.
Add Oil (to taste) to the pan over medium heat. When hot, add the chopped onion and sausage.
Add the beaten eggs. Continue to stir them over low heat to prevent overcooking.
The eggs are finished when you see them look like this. Serve with toast, coffee, potato or whatever you want.
