Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Core and slice the Granny Smith Apples (4) about 1/2-inch thick. Add to a baking dish.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the Coconut Oil (1/4 cup) , Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , Pecans (1/4 cup) , All-Purpose Flour (1 Tbsp) , Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 tsp) , and Fine Salt (1/8 tsp) .
Step 4
Sprinkle over the apples and toss to combine.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and caramelized.
Step 6
Remove apples from the oven and toss to coat in the caramel sauce while it’s still hot. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7
While the apples cool, add the Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp) and the Honey (2 Tbsp) to a bowl with the Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup) .
Step 8
Dollop the honey greek yogurt over the top. Sprinkle with additional pecans if desired and serve.
