In a large bowl, add Butter (1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and mix them together.

Then, add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) one at a time and continue to mix.

Then, add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Lemons (2), Sour Cream (1/2 cup), and mix everything.

Lastly, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp). Mix everything together until well incorporated.

Line the cupcake tin with cupcake liners and add one scope of batter to each cupcake liner. Bake the cupcakes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 18 minutes. Cool them completely.

In the stand mixer, add Cream Cheese (1 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 cups), Butter (1/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Take a small portion of frosting and add Pink Gel Food Coloring (as needed). Take some Marshmallows (as needed) and cut them diagonally. Apply the pink frosting to the marshmallows. Take a cupcake, spread some frosting, and put marshmallows on it as two bunny ears. Serve and enjoy!
