Powdered Confectioners Sugar , sifted

Step 1

In a large bowl, add Butter (1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and mix them together.

Step 2

Then, add Large Eggs (2) one at a time and continue to mix.

Step 3

Then, add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Lemons (2) , Sour Cream (1/2 cup) , and mix everything.

Step 4

Lastly, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) . Mix everything together until well incorporated.

Step 5

Line the cupcake tin with cupcake liners and add one scope of batter to each cupcake liner. Bake the cupcakes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 18 minutes. Cool them completely.

Step 6

In the stand mixer, add Cream Cheese (1 cup) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 cups) , Butter (1/4 cup) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) .

Step 7

Take a small portion of frosting and add Pink Gel Food Coloring (as needed) . Take some Marshmallows (as needed) and cut them diagonally. Apply the pink frosting to the marshmallows. Take a cupcake, spread some frosting, and put marshmallows on it as two bunny ears. Serve and enjoy!
