Butter , softened
1 cup
Dark Brown Sugar
2 cups
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Eggs , room temperature
1 tsp
Baking Soda
1 tsp

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl mix All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) and set aside. Cream together Butter (1 cup) , Dark Brown Sugar (1 cup) and Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) .
Step 3
Add Eggs (2) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) and keep on mixing. Add the dry ingredients and mix it.
Step 4
Then, add Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (2 cups) into the bowl and incorporate it.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment, scope the dough on to the parchment and bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
Cool them down, serve and enjoy!
