In a large bowl, add Butter (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) and mix together.
Then, add Large Egg (2), Canned Pumpkin Purée (3/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and cream together.
Add All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), Pumpkin Pie Spice (2 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon) and mix it together. Add Butterscotch Chips (11 ounce) and fold it it the batter.
Scoop the batter on a parchment sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 14 to 15 minutes.
