Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 slices)
to desired level of doneness. Reserve the grease in the pan that you cooked it in.
In a large bowl, add
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Ground Beef (1 lb)
. Mix with your hands, being careful not to over mix.
Divide the meat into 4 portions and form each portion into a patty. Cook the patties in the reserved bacon grease for 5-6 minutes.
After about 5 minutes, flip each of the patties and add the
Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)
. Cook for another 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Hamburger Buns (4)
in an oiled pan and begin assembling your burger. First, spread the
Mayonnaise (to taste)
on the buns, followed by the patty and melted cheese, some
Lettuce Leaves (4)
, and 2 slices of the bacon per sandwich.
