In a container, mix the Water (2/3 cup), Active Dry Yeast (1 tsp), and Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp). Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Plain Yogurt (3 Tbsp) to the yeast mixture. Stir together.

In a large bowl with All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), add Salt (1 tsp) and mix. Add the wet ingredients. Using a fork or spoon, mix the wet and dry together until the mixture is no longer wet. Bring together and knead the dough for about 3 minutes or until soft.

Cover the dough with plastic and a kitchen towel and place somewhere warm for 2-4 hours to double in size.

Place the dough on a floured surface with a bit of flour on top. Format into a big ball and split into six equal parts.
