Weave a few strips of Bacon (to taste) together.

Brush both sides of the Brie Cheese Round (1) with Maple Syrup (to taste). Wrap the bacon around the brie. Brush more syrup on the bacon.

Bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 12 minutes. Then broil until the bacon is crispy.
