Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl mix the
White Cake Mix (1 box)
according to your box instructions, just as if you’re making a cake!

Now, stir in
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
to the wet batter, mix well to combine! Then, Fold in the
Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal (3 cups)
until it’s incorporated and chunky.
3.
Heat
Canola Oil (as needed)
to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
4.
Scoop a generous spoonful of the batter, and drop it directly into the hot oil, and fry until golden on all sides, and firm.
5.
While they’re cooling, make the glaze by mixing up the
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup)
,
Milk (2 Tbsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
until smooth.
6.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled fritters, sprinkle over with some
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
and
Caster Sugar (to taste)
