Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cream the Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) and Unsalted Butter (0.25 pound) until light and whipped.
Combine the Salt (to taste) with the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and add to the butter and sugar mixture.
With floured hands, press mixture into a floured 8×8-inch baking pan. I used a little butter on a paper towel to grease the pan then dust it with flour so it comes out easily.
Bake the crust for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Allow crust to cool.
In a medium-size bowl, whisk Just Jan’s® Meyer Lemon Curd (7.5 ounce) and All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) together.
Once the crust is cool, spread the curd over the top and bake 20-25 mins.
Let the bars cool then you can sprinkle with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and Lemon (to taste).
