Combine Raw Cashews (1 1/2 cups), the juice from Lemon (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (1/3 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup), Honey (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (1 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Fresh Basil (1/4 cup), and Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup) in a blender.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
