Using a juice extractor, run your Cucumber (1/2), Grapefruit (1), Fresh Ginger (1 piece), and Lime (1) through the juicer.

To this, add some Sparkling Water (1 cup) to give it an effervescent taste. You may spice it up with some Hot Chili Pepper (to taste).
