Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a pan and add Cumin Seeds (1/4 tsp) .
Step 2
When they crackle, add Onion (1) and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Add Almonds (1/2 Tbsp) , Pistachios (1/2 tsp) and cook for half minute
Step 4
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 tsp) , Punjabi Masala (1 tsp) , Ground Turmeric (1 pinch) , Salt (to taste) .
Step 5
Add Canned Tomato Purée (1 cup) and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until oil begin to seperate
Step 6
Add Paneer (1 cup) and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 7
Before serving, stir in Cream (2 Tbsp) .
Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
