Step 1
Heat
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a pan and add
Cumin Seeds (1/4 tsp)

When they crackle, add
Onion (1)
and fry until golden brown.

Add
Almonds (1/2 Tbsp)

Pistachios (1/2 tsp)
and cook for half minute
Step 4
Add
Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 tsp)

Punjabi Masala (1 tsp)

Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)

Salt (to taste)

Step 5
Add
Canned Tomato Purée (1 cup)
and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until oil begin to seperate
Step 6
Add
Paneer (1 cup)
and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 7
Before serving, stir in
Cream (2 Tbsp)
.

Serve hot and enjoy!
