Heat Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoon) in a pan and add Cumin Seeds (1/4 teaspoon).
When they crackle, add Onion (1) and fry until golden brown.
Add Almonds (1/2 tablespoon), Pistachios (1/2 teaspoon) and cook for half minute
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 teaspoon), Punjabi Masala (1 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Salt (to taste).
Add Canned Tomato Purée (1 cup) and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until oil begin to seperate
Add Paneer (250 gram) and cook for another 2 minutes
Before serving, stir in Cream (2 tablespoon).
Serve hot and enjoy!
