Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a pan and add Cumin Seeds (as needed).
2.
When they crackle, add Onion (1) and fry until golden brown.
3.
Add Almonds (2 tsp), Pistachios (as needed) and cook for half minute
4.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (as needed), Punjabi Masala (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Salt (to taste).
5.
Add Canned Tomato Purée (1 cup) and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until oil begin to seperate
6.
Add Paneer (1 cup) and cook for another 2 minutes
7.
Before serving, stir in Cream (2 Tbsp).
8.
Serve hot and enjoy!
