Easy Breakfast Burritos - For Dinner

Breakfast (or dinner!) Burritos full of eggs, sweet potatoes, peppers, onions and shredded cheese.

2 Organic Egg
2 Whole Wheat Tortilla
1/2 sliced Large Onion
1/4 cup shredded Cheese
to taste Fresh Herbs

STEP 1
Add Sweet Potato (2), Onion (1/2) and Bell Pepper (1/2) to pan on stove top and cook until tender. Season with a bit of salt and better. Set aside.
STEP 2
Add Deli Turkey (2 slice) meat to same pan and cook until warmed and slightly brown. Set aside with cooked vegetables. Add Organic Egg (2) to same pan and scramble until done.
STEP 3
Spread out veggies, eggs and Turkey (if desired) down center of each Whole Wheat Tortilla (2) sprinkle with Cheese (1/4 cup) and any additional seasoning, wrap up and place back on cooktop for a minute or two on each side to toast the tortilla. Sprinkle with Fresh Herbs (to taste).
STEP 4
Serve immediately and enjoy!
