Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
First, roast the
Garlic (1 head)
. Take the entire head of garlic and place in the oven. Roast for 25 minutes, or until fork tender.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the
Cream Cheese (2 pckg)
,
Light Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
,
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup)
,
Monterey Jack Cheese (1/2 cup)
,
Cooked Bacon (4 slices)
,
Chipotle Seasoning (1 dash)
,
Paprika (1 dash)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and a good squeeze of the roasted garlic, about 3 cloves. Mix until combined. Taste a bit and adjust seasonings as necessary!
Step 4
Transfer to a round baking dish and top with the remaining
Cooked Bacon (4 slices)
,
Jalapeño Pepper (1)
, and
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup)
.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6
Serve with chips or crackers and enjoy!
