Step 1
Blend
Peanuts (1/3 cup)
in food processor for approximately 60 seconds or until finely ground but not butter consistency.
Step 2
With ground peanuts still in food processor, add
Bananas (2 1/2)
,
Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
,
Honey (1 Tbsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp)
and
Stevia (1/4 tsp)
blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Add to freezer safe container and freeze until firm, approximately 2 hours.
Step 4
Top with additional crushed peanuts or other desired toppings, serve and enjoy!
