Rinse Quinoa (1/2 cup) then add to 1 cup water in small/medium pot, bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Chop Salad Greens (6 cups), Granny Smith Apples (2), and Pecans (3/4 cup).

Add greens to large bowl, top with cooled quinoa, Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup), Feta Cheese (3/4 cup), apples and pecans. Toss to mix well.
