Step 1
Cut away 4 large leaves from the Lettuce (1 head). Make two iceberg lettuce "bowls," two leaves deep.
Step 2
Divide the Turkey (6 slice), Tomato (1), Cucumber (1/2), Mixed Vegetables (1 handful), Yellow Mustard (to taste), Mayonnaise (to taste) and Seasoned Salt (to taste) between them and wrap tightly, enclosing them like burritos. Wrap with parchment paper for added stability.
