Place Plums (4 cups) on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until plums are a bit soft.
Step 2
Add cooked plums, Honey (2 Tbsp) , juice from Lemon (1) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Taste and add more honey as needed to suit your liking
