Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix
Tahini (1/2 cup)
and
Honey (1/4 cup)
until smooth.
Step 3
Roll out
Pie Crust (1)
into a 11 inch round and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Step 4
Spread halva (tahini & honey mixture) onto pie crust leaving about 1 inch border around the edge of the crust.
Step 5
Place
Grapes (2 1/4 cups)
cut side down on top of halva, leaving about 1-inch border around the edge of the halva.
Step 6
Gently use the parchment paper to fold up the edges of the crust around the grapes, one section at a time.
Step 7
Brush the crust with the
Egg (1)
and lightly sprinkle the entire galette with
Sea Salt (to taste)
.
Step 8
Bake for about 20 minutes until nice and golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 9
While galette cools, make the whipped cream. Whip
Heavy Cream (1 cup)
and
Honey (1 Tbsp)
until soft peaks. Add
Greek Yogurt (1/3 cup)
continue to whip until a bit firmer.
Step 10
Serve galette with a dollop of greek yogurt whipped cream atop each slice. Enjoy!
