Penne Pasta (1 box)
according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, heat
Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot add the
Cumin Seeds (1/2 Tbsp)
When the cumin seeds start spluttering, add
Onions (1 1/2 cups)
and lower the heat to medium. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Assorted Color Bell Peppers (1 1/2 cups)
and saute for an additional 2 minutes.
Tomato and Garlic Sauce (1 jar)
Ground Turmeric (3/4 tsp)
Garam Masala (1 Tbsp)
Red Chili Powder (1 Tbsp)
and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Heavy Cream (3 Tbsp)
and mix well. Stir in the drained pasta until well combined.
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
before serving. Enjoy!
