In a mixing bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Caster Sugar (1/4 cup), Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp), and Salt (1 tsp). Then whisk in the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), Milk (1 cup), and Butter (1/4 cup). Mix everything well until smooth.

In a sauce pan, melt together the Butter (1 cup) and Dark Brown Sugar (2 cups).

Flatten the dough, and cut it into 6 long strips. Cut each strip into small pieces, and coat all the pieces together with the Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp).

Put half of the caramel sauce inside a cake pan, then place the dough pieces, and pour over the remaining sauce on top. Cover the pan with a plastic cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
