Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (3 cup), Caster Sugar (1/4 cup), Active Dry Yeast (2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 teaspoon). Then whisk in the Large Egg (1), Milk (1 cup), and Butter (1/4 cup). Mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2
Place the dough In a separate oiled bowl, and roll it around for a while. Cover the bowl with a plastic cover, and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Step 3
In a sauce pan, melt together the Butter (1 cup) and Dark Brown Sugar (2 cup).
Step 4
Flatten the dough, and cut it into 6 long strips. Cut each strip into small pieces, and coat all the pieces together with the Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1 tablespoon).
Step 5
Put half of the caramel sauce inside a cake pan, then place the dough pieces, and pour over the remaining sauce on top. Cover the pan with a plastic cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
