Step 1
In a cup, mix together the
Seasoned Salt (1/2 Tbsp)

Dried Thyme (1 tsp)
,
Onion Powder (1 tsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (3/4 tsp)

Step 2
Season each
Pork Chops (4)
with the 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mixture.
Step 3
Mix the remaining seasoning mixture with the
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
. Then coat each pork chops with the flour mixture.
Step 4
In a pan with some
Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp)
, cook each chop for about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside when they are done.
Step 5
In the same pan, mix the
Sweet Onion (1)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
, and 2 tablespoon of the flour mixture. Then add in the
Chicken Stock (14 fl oz)
, and pork chops, and simmer everything for about 30 minutes.
