In a cup, mix together the Seasoned Salt (2 teaspoon), Dried Thyme (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (3/4 teaspoon).
Season each Pork Chop (4) with the 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mixture.
Mix the remaining seasoning mixture with the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup). Then coat each pork chops with the flour mixture.
In a pan with some Cooking Oil (2 tablespoon), cook each chop for about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside when they are done.
In the same pan, mix the Sweet Onion (1), Garlic (2 clove), and 2 tablespoon of the flour mixture. Then add in the Chicken Stock (14 fluid ounce), and pork chops, and simmer everything for about 30 minutes.
