Super simple dish, just a few ingredients and it takes just a few minutes to make! We use regular tofu most of the time, but like the egg tofu every once in a while. The egg tofu has a wonderful flavor and silkier texture.

Oyster Sauce

Granulated Sugar

Corn Starch

Silken Tofu
or Egg Tofu

Scallion
, chopped
Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat up approx
Canola Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a wok. When it starts to smoke, add
Ground Pork (1 lb)
. Stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add
Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp)
slurry for a thicker sauce. This is optional.
4.
Cut the
Silken Tofu (2 pckg)
into approximately 1 inch pieces, add to wok.
5.
Stir gently. Take the wok off the heat and leave it covered for about 5 minutes.
6.
Add
Scallion (1)
to garnish. Serve with rice.
Author's Notes
One thing to note when cooking silken tofu – don’t stir it too much!
