Makes 6 shortcakes.

If you’re dairy-free, you can substitute the whipped cream with coconut whipped cream instead. You can also swap out the blueberries for any other fruit as well!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Heavy Cream (3/4 cup) , Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/4 cup) to a mixing bowl. Whisk until you reach stiff peaks, about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Spoon 1 tsp of Blueberry Jam (1/3 cup) into the bottom of each Dessert Cake Shells (6) . Add a dollop of whipped cream, top with Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) , and another dollop of whipped cream.
Step 3
Decorate with more blueberries and a dusting of Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) . Refrigerate until ready to serve.
