Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Pour the
Milk (1/2 cup)
,
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
, and
Ritz® Crackers (1 1/2 pckg)
into three separate shallow pans or dishes. Stir the
Salt (1/4 tsp)
,

, and

into the Ritz cracker crumbs.
Step 3
Dip each

Step 4
Place the coated chicken tenderloins into a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove aluminum foil and continue to bake until cheese is melted and crumbs are beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
Step 7
While chicken is baking, make gravy: In a small saucepan, stir together
Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
,
Sour Cream (2 Tbsp)
, and
Butter (2 Tbsp)
. Place over low to medium heat, cooking and stirring until butter is melted and ingredients are combined and hot.
Step 8
To serve, place cooked chicken tenderloins on nice plate and drizzle gravy over the top. Enjoy!
