step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
step 2
Pour the Milk (1/2 cup), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups), and Ritz® Crackers (1 1/2 pckg) into three separate shallow pans or dishes. Stir the Salt (as needed), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Dried Parsley (1 tsp) into the Ritz cracker crumbs.

step 3
Dip each Chicken Tenders (2 lb) individually into the milk, then the cheddar cheese, and finally the Ritz cracker crumb mixture. When dipping into the cheddar cheese and the cracker crumbs, press chicken firmly, so that it picks up as much of each coating as possible.
step 4
Place the coated chicken tenderloins into a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
