Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) .
In a large bowl, stir together Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 1/2 tablespoon) and Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Add Egg (2), Butter (1/4 cup), Evaporated Milk (5 fluid ounce), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Mix well, using low to medium speed of an electric mixer, until smooth.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch Pie Crust (1) and bake for about 30 to 45 minutes, or until center is set.
Let cool completely and then cut into wedges. Serve with Whipped Cream (to taste) and Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste). Serve and Enjoy!
