In a blender place the Water (2 cups) , and Hemp Seeds (1/3 cup) . Blend on high speed until smooth.
Step 2
Then add in the Gluten-Free Oats (1/3 cup) , Banana (1/2) , Frozen Mangoes (1/3 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (to taste) , Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , Coconut Oil (1 tsp) and Hydrolyzed Collagen (1 Tbsp) . Then blend everything well again until smooth.
