Step 1
In a blender place the Water (2 cup), and Hemp Seeds (1/3 cup). Blend on high speed until smooth.
Step 2
Then add in the Gluten-Free Oats (1/3 cup), Banana (1/2), Frozen Mangoes (1/3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (to taste), Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon), Coconut Oil (1 teaspoon) and Hydrolyzed Collagen (1 tablespoon). Then blend everything well again until smooth.

Serve and Enjoy!
