Makes 28 portions.

To use the dry rub, apply 2 Tbsp of seasoning mix for 1 lb chicken wings. For a better result, add baking powder to the mix with a 1:2 ratio. For baked wings that will be coated in a sauce, use a 2:1:3 ratio for seasoning mix: Baking Powder: Flour, for the crispiest wings.

In a small mixing bowl, add the Dark Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Smoked Paprika (3 Tbsp), Coarse Salt (3 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (2 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1/2 cup), and All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups) together and mix well. Store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place.
