Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly coat the inside of a small oven-safe skillet with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)

Peel and cube the
Peaches (1 cup)

Zest the
Lemon (1)

Once zested, squeeze the juice from the lemon into a small bowl. You will need 1 teaspoon.

In a large bowl, stir together the
Fresh Blueberries (2 cups)
, peach,
Xanthan Gum (1 tsp)
,
Natural Sweetener (2 Tbsp)
and 1 teaspoon lemon juice until everything is well coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared skillet and set aside.

Melt the
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)

In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter,
Almond Flour (2/3 cup)
,
Natural Sweetener (2 Tbsp)
, lemon zest and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
until crumbly.
Step 9
Sprinkle the flour mixture over the berries and place the skillet in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top is browning and the sides are bubbling.

Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
