Season the Canned Great Northern Beans (200 gram), Canned Pinto Beans (200 gram), and Canned Cannellini White Kidney Beans (200 gram) with Salt (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1/2 teaspoon), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup). Mix well. Then, add Lemon (1).
Then chop Fresh Herbs (2 handful) and add to the mix along with the Celery (1 stalk) and Red Chili Pepper (1). Mix well with the other ingredients.
Rub the Fresh Tuna Steak (2) in Olive Oil (to taste), Salt (to taste), and Ground White Pepper (to taste). Cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side and leave the center pink. Slice the steaks.
To serve, put the mixed beans then tuna in a lunchbox. Enjoy!
