Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and lightly coat the inside of an 8x8 baking dish with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed). Set aside.

In a medium-size bowl, mix together the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp), and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp). Set aside as well.

Zest Lemon (1) completely.

Once zested, squeeze the juice from the lemon into a small bowl.

Melt the Light Butter (1 Tbsp).

In another medium bowl, whisk together 2% Reduced Fat Milk (2 cups), Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), lemon juice and zest, Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), melted butter, and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp).
