Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and lightly coat the inside of an 8x8 baking dish with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed). Set aside.

In a medium-size bowl, mix together the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), and Sea Salt (as needed). Set aside as well.

Zest Lemon (1) completely.

In another medium bowl, whisk together 2% Reduced Fat Milk (2 cups), Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), lemon juice and zest, Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (sponsored) (1), melted butter, and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp).
