Cooking Instructions

Place Almonds (1 cup), Dates (5), Matcha Powder (1 teaspoon), Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 pinch) and Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil (3 tablespoon) in a food processor.
Step 2
Blend until a paste forms.
Step 3
Roll out the mixture into 12 balls.
Step 4
Coat them in Coconut Shavings (1/4 cup) and refrigerate for a few hours to set!
