Almonds (1 cup)
Matcha Powder (1 tsp)
Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup)
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 pinch)
Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp)
in a food processor.
Blend until a paste forms.
Roll out the mixture into 12 balls.
Coat them in
Coconut Shavings (1/4 cup)
and refrigerate for a few hours to set!
