Place Almonds (1 cup) , Dates (5) , Matcha Powder (1 tsp) , Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup) , Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 pinch) and Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp) in a food processor.
Step 2
Blend until a paste forms.
Step 3
Roll out the mixture into 12 balls.
Step 4
Coat them in Coconut Shavings (1/4 cup) and refrigerate for a few hours to set!
