Step 1
Put a nice amount of
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
in the pan. When the oil is nice and warm, put half the
Onions (to taste)
that you cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Put the
Cherry Tomatoes (to taste)
. Use about 12 of them. Now it’s time to put some nice rosemary inside, just to give that beautiful taste to the sauce.
Step 3
Put the
Shrimp (2.2 lb)
into the
White Wine (to taste)
and
Cognac (to taste)
mixture. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with some
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
and
Fresh Rosemary (to taste)
.
