Step 1
Pour Whipping Cream (2 cups) in a bowl. Whip it well until it becomes semi soft peaks. Now add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/4 cups) and Milk (1 cup) . Beat well until combined. Add Butterscotch Extract (1 tsp) and Yellow Food Coloring (3 dashes) . Beat it well and put it into the freezer for two to three hours.
Step 2
Take out and add Praline Nuts (1/2 cup) . Combine well and pour it on a tray. Sprinkle some more nuts on top and freeze it for another six to eight hours. Scoop and serve with some butterscotch sauce or praline nuts on top
