Fry Cashew Nuts (to taste) and Sun-Maid Raisins (to taste) in little ghee and keep aside.

Pour more Ghee (4 Tbsp) and add Semolina (1 cup) and fry for 2 minutes. To this add Caster Sugar (1 cup) and Desiccated Coconut (1 cup) and keep on stirring in medium flame till the sugar starts to melt.

Remove from flame and add the fried cashew nuts, raisins, and Ground Cardamom (1 pinch). Pour a little Milk (1/2 cup) into this and mix well.

Start to roll the mixture into balls. Before taking the mixture to your hands you can dip your hand in milk This will help you to roll the ladoo easily.
