Step 1
Crush 10 Oreo cookies and set aside.
Step 2
Put the rest of the
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (4 2/3 cups)
in the food processor and crumble them.
Step 3
Melt the
Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
.
Step 4
Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter.
Step 5
Spread half of mixture in 8x8 or 9x9 inch square baking pan and press with your fingers or some firm object to form a crust layer. Save the rest of the Oreo crumbs for later. Set aside.
Step 6
In a large bowl, whip the
Heavy Cream (1 cup)
until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.
Step 7
Soften the
Light Cream Cheese (3/4 cup)
.
Step 8
In a separate large bowl beat softened cream cheese and
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
until creamy.
Step 9
Add
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and beat some more.
Step 10
Add beaten heavy whipping cream and mix with spatula until well combined.
Step 11
Add
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
and continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
Step 12
Gently fold in crushed Oreos.
Step 13
Spread evenly over the Oreo layer.
Step 14
Top with Oreo crumbs.
Step 15
Freeze for min 3-4 hours, possibly overnight.
